GENERATOR EQUIPMENT OF ELECTRICITY, HEATING AND DRINKING WATER
D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to a generator of electricity, heating and drinking water, which provides, to the function to which it is intended, several advantages and novelty characteristics, which will be described in detail later and that represent a remarkable improvement of the current state of the art in its field of application.
More particularly, the object of the invention is focused on equipment whose purpose is to provide electricity, heating and drinking water from a hybrid system to water and biomass or gas that allows its installation anywhere without the need for network connection. electric, for which, essentially it has, at least, a module that comprises a biomass or gas burner that is assisted with HHO (oxyhydrogen) and that, controlled through a switchboard connected to a battery, feeds a unit combined generation of heat and electricity that transforms thermal energy into electrical energy and hot water. Optionally, the equipment is modular, being able to have several modules coupled together that work together in the same installation.
FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
The field of application of the present invention is part of the industry sector dedicated to the manufacture of autonomous energy generating devices, systems and devices, particularly focusing on those that provide electricity, heating and drinking water.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known, oxyhydrogen (HHO) is a mixture of diatomic hydrogen and oxygen in a proportion that is assumed to be 2: 1, the same proportion of water. When this mixture ignites, the combustion produces water as! as 142.35 kJ (34,116 calories) of heat per gram of hydrogen burned. Oxyhydrogen is usually produced from the

water electrolysis In 1974, the Bulgarian / Australian Yull Brown, presented a patent for an oxidising gas electrolyzer producing it inside an electrolysis cell, without membranes, for cutting and welding work. From this, the hydrogen injection engines have subsequently been developed.
Also, small cogeneration devices and units are known based on combined systems of heat generation and generation of electric energy or CHP (Combinet Heat and Power) that constitute a technology for residential buildings, community commercial establishments and industrial facilities as well as networks of heating, and whose objective is to improve energy efficiency, usually with a stirling engine, a heating inertia tank, a water cooler, sensor controls and other automatisms so that everything works correctly
The objective of the present invention is therefore to take advantage of this type of systems for its application in obtaining electricity, heating and drinking water in any location, where it is not possible to obtain it with conventional devices that require the connection to the electrical network to its operation, for example industrial buildings, houses or facilities located in areas far from urban populations, although this, logically, does not imply a limitation, as it can also be the case of users who, for whatever reason, even having the possibility of connecting to the electricity grid, this solution is more profitable as an alternative to conventional devices.
On the other hand, and as a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least on the part of the applicant, the existence of any other equipment generating electricity, heating and drinking water, or invention of similar application, which presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those presented by the one described here, as claimed.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The electricity, heating and drinking water generating equipment, which the present invention proposes, is thus configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since in accordance with its implementation and in a restrictive manner, the objectives previously achieved are satisfactorily achieved. noted, the details being

characterizers that distinguish it from what is already known conveniently set forth in the final claims that accompany this specification.
Specifically, what the invention proposes is equipment to generate electricity, provide heat for heating and provide potable water, all from a hybrid system of combustion of biomass or gas (natural, butane, etc.), coming from the network or supplied for that purpose and we will call primary gas, which is assisted with HHO gas.
More specifically, the apparatus comprises a poly-fuel or primary gas biomass burner, whose heating power feeds a combined unit of heat and electricity generation, according to the required power, which converts thermal energy into electrical energy and hot water. The electric energy passes through an electrical panel, which is fed by a battery that is responsible for energizing the switchboard. The control unit controls all the parameters of the device, as! as the electrical demand of the HHO assistant block of the burner that performs the electrolysis of the water, generating a flow of HHO gas. Said HHO, added to the burner in percentages of 20%, is burned together with the primary gas or biomass used, raising the temperature of the flame by 250 ° and its size by 30%, which translates into an increase in the efficiency of the order of 50% to 70%.
It should be noted that the combined unit of heat and electricity generation or CHP (Combinet Heat and Power) is preferably a compact or micro-CHP unit, consisting of a cogeneration system that uses Stirling technology to transform heat into electric energy and hot water and comprising, a stirling engine, a heating inertia tank, a water cooler.
In any case, the elements described form a module of which, as explained below, the team has at least one, also having a reverse osmosis water filter that filters the amount of water demanded by said module and , at the same time, the one demanded by the house, premises, ship or establishment in which the device is installed, giving the service of water purification.
It is worth mentioning, on the other hand, that the control unit controls that all the systems and components of the mentioned module work correctly, as well! as the amount of

electricity generated based on demand. In particular, the control unit regulates the amount of fuel burned by the burner by gradually reducing it while introducing the HHO gas generated by the assistant block of said HHO, in this way the power in Kw does not vary, the fuel mixture simply varies used in the burner, reducing the demand for biomass or primary gas. And, in case of error of any of these components, the control unit blocks the module, allowing, if any, the remaining modules to continue with their work.
Optionally, the device can connect to the Internet.
As mentioned above, the equipment of the invention optionally has more than one module, in which case said modules are assembled and function as combined, encompassing the electric heating and drinking water powers required by the user, guaranteeing in this way that said user does not run out of supply in case of failure of any of the modules, since the rest of them will continue to work independently, generating, for example, 90% of the energy demanded in the case of a team consisting of ten modules.
The electricity necessary for the automatisms, switchboard, burner and other components of the equipment to function properly is supplied by the battery, thus allowing! that the equipment is totally independent of the electricity grid and can be installed in any place where electricity, heating and drinking water are required. Said battery is automatically charged by a regulator powered, in turn, by a small part of the electricity generated by the combined unit of heat and electricity generation.
The described apparatus for generating electricity, heating and drinking water, therefore, represents an innovation of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.

Descriptive report, as an integral part of it, of a game of pianos, in which the following has been represented by way of illustration and not limitation:
Figure number 1.- Shows a schematic representation of an example of the apparatus for generating electricity, heating and drinking water, object of the invention, showing in it the main parts and elements that it comprises, as well as the disposition thereof.
Figure number 2.- Shows a representative scheme of an option of the equipment of the invention formed by three modules joined together.
And figure number 3. - Shows another representative scheme of another option of realization of the equipment, according to the invention, in this case formed by six modules connected with a biomass hopper.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, it can be observed in them non-limiting examples of the apparatus for generating electricity, heating and recommended drinking water, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
Thus, as shown in Figure 1, the generator set (1) in question is configured from at least one module (2) comprising:
- a fuel burner (3), which can be of biomass supplied through a hopper (4) or primary gas (natural, butane ...) supplied through a gas inlet (5) which, at its once, it is connected to the supply network or to any deposit provided for that purpose;
- an assistant block (6) for the supply of HHO (oxyhydrogen) connected to the fuel burner (3), and which performs the electrolysis of the water it receives generating a flow of HHO gas;
- a combined unit (7) generating heat and electricity, capable of transforming the heat it receives from the burner (3) into electric energy and hot water, and which

It comprises at least one Stirling engine, a heating inertia tank and a water cooler (not shown),
- and a control panel (8) comprising an electronic control unit (9), which controls all the parameters of the module (2), especially the electrical demand of the HHO assistant block (6) and the amount of fuel that burns the burner (3) reducing it progressively while introducing the HHO gas, a battery (10) that feeds the control unit (9) and the rest of the equipment components, an electrical panel (11) and circuit board, which receives the power supply electric of the combined generator unit (7), and a console (12) with the operating button, all connected to each other, by means of the corresponding wiring (19), and to the burner (3), to the assistant block (6) of HHO, already the combined unit (7).
Likewise, the equipment contemplates the existence of at least one filter (13) by osmosis that filters the non-potable water from a general entrance (14) and supplies it filtered, by a first conduit (15), to the block (6 ) of HHO and, by a second conduit (16), to the combined unit (7) generating heat and electricity, also considering a filtered water outlet (17) for supplying drinking water to the home or premises in which it is located installed the equipment (1).
Preferably, in addition, the existence of at least one reservoir (18) of filtered water is contemplated to ensure the supply of water to the HHO block (6), which is installed at a certain height on the module (2), around 1.2 meters, connected to the first line (15) of filtered water.
With all this, the operation of the equipment is that the calorific value of the burner (3) feeds the combined unit (7) generating heat and electricity, according to the required power calculated by the switchboard (9), to which it is connected . Said unit is equipped with the necessary components to transform said heat into electric energy, which is supplied through a power outlet (20), and into hot water, which is supplied through a hot water outlet (21) , both conveniently provided in the aforementioned combined unit (7) for the connection of the corresponding devices or pipes that allow, respectively, the use of electricity to power household or local appliances and to provide domestic hot water and heating to said housing or local Also, the combined unit (7)

Generator has a gas outlet (22) at the top of it.
In addition, the electric energy generated by the combined unit (7) passes through the electrical panel (11) through the corresponding connection, from which the battery (10) is fed through a regulator and, in turn, provides electricity to the control unit (9) and the rest of the components. Logically, for an initial start-up of the equipment, said battery must be previously charged through some external means.
In figures 2 and 3 it is observed, in two very simplified schemes, as the equipment (1), optionally, has more than one module (2) assembled that work in combination, either with biomass burner and hopper (4 ) of power for the same, or with primary gas burner. Thus, in case of error or failure of any of the components of one of said modules (2), the corresponding control unit (9) is programmed to block said module, allowing the remaining modules to continue functioning. In addition, also preferably, the equipment (1) contemplates the same filter (13) by osmosis and the same reservoir (18) of filtered water for several modules, although this has not been represented in the figures.
Optionally, the control panel (8), preferably in connection with the operating console (12), incorporates an Internet connection modem to connect, program and / or control the equipment (1) remotely through the network .
Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to extend its explanation so that any expert in the field understands its scope and the advantages that derive from it, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other forms of realization that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is required provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle .
